Relocated the project pages from /projects to the site root and made the projects grid the home page, adding redirects from the old URLs and updating discovery and OG generation for the new root paths. Freshened the docs to match the routing change.

Synced the latest Dev Servers changelog into the site.

Renamed the project entry twice as Sqush became Presk then Frisp, updating the slug, registry, route, redirects, and pulse data, and repointed the registry at the renamed local repo folder.

Registered Presk and a private project, folded wiki repos and linked worktrees into main checkouts, and synced Dev Servers and Tab Limiter changelogs.

Updated Vite to 8.1.2.

Added dev-only deltas to the Pulse Today, week, and month cards and widened the hourly snapshot to three days. Fixed NumberRoll baseline alignment, logged the XPlus changelog, and tightened Pulse self-scan exclusions.
